面對臉上大大小小的斑塊令人懊惱，別小看這局部性不規則的色素沉澱，那是你不可不知的身體緊訊!
所謂的黃褐斑，是指顏面部出現侷限性黃褐色或淡黑色，因皮膚色素改變的色素性皮膚病。在中醫中稱之為"黧黑斑"，其深淺不一，大小不定；小者如錢幣或如蝴蝶斑，大者佈滿面部有如地圖，且多呈對稱在顴骨、兩頰、額頭、鼻翼兩側，輪廓清晰，壓之不退色，表面光滑無鱗屑，無痛癢感，病程久，發展緩慢，日曬後加劇；常見於妊娠、肝病、甲狀腺等中老年婦女。

內服中藥

對於這不規則的斑塊中醫依內部生理狀況細分為四型:

肝郁氣滯型:

A. 特色:淺褐色至深褐色斑，大小不定，輪廓易辨，邊緣不齊，呈地圖狀或蝴蝶狀，對稱分布於目眶周圍。
B. 兼症:兩脅(身體兩側，腰上至腋下的部位)會有痞脹滿悶感(腫脹)，煩躁易怒，飯後胃脹悶；經期不適，經前斑色加重，乳房脹痛；舌苔薄白，脈弦滑。
C. 治療重點:疏肝理氣，解鬱通滯。
D. 建議處方:柴胡疏肝散加減。

脾胃氣虛型

A. 特色:灰黑色斑片，狀如蝴蝶，對稱分布於鼻翼、前額、口周圍，輪廓模糊，自邊緣向中央逐漸加深。
B. 兼症:氣短乏力，腹脹納差，四肢倦怠，舌質淡白，苔白膩，脈沉濡。
C. 治療重點:補中培土，健脾益氣。
D. 建議處方:四君子湯。

肝腎陰虛型:

A. 黑褐色斑片，大小形狀不一，輪廓鮮明，多以鼻為中心，對稱分布於臉上。
B. 兼症:頭暈耳鳴，腰膝痠軟，五心(心窩、手心、腳心)煩熱，骨蒸盜汗，男子遺精，女子不孕，舌質紅，苔少，脈細數。
C. 治療重點:滋陰補腎。
D. 建議處方:六味地黃丸，加知母、黃柏。

陽郁血瘀型:

A. 特色:面色晦暗帶黑，經血色紫黯，甚至經行腹痛。
B. 治療重點:通陽和營，活血化瘀。
C. 建議處方:桃紅四物湯、血府逐瘀湯。

MELASMA

Melasma, or chloasma or the ‘mask of pregnancy’ as it is also called, are tan or brown spots which discolor the skin. It is most commonly found among woman, especially pregnant women or those taking hormone replacement therapy medications.

Generally the symptoms include dark patches and spots on the cheeks, nose, forehead or upperlip. They may develop and worsen over time. Melasma is a purely cosmetic concern, though any unusual spotting should be diagnosed by a qualified dermatologist to determine if it is skin cancer.

Three Facial Melasma Patterns

Melasma is characterized by discoloration or hyperpigmentation primarily on the face. Three types of common facial patterns have been identified in melasma including centrofacial (center of the face), malar (cheekbones), and mandibular (jawbone).
